We love our weekly SEN session. Toby has come out of his shell since coming. Toby is more willing to try new things and loves making a mess for Ellie to clean up. We would definitely recommend these SEN sessions.

The HU7 Healthy Hearts programme is such a friendly and supportive outreach project that I enjoy attending so much. The facilitators are knowledgeable and accessible, guiding us with tips and support for eating healthier and getting more active. But what is best is that they do this in a caring and encouraging way without any pressure or guilt or blame. They are real, they know we're not perfect, life can be hard, but they celebrate every little change or success we have. And always have time to listen. That's what makes it special.

I’ve just had a glorious afternoon with likeminded ladies all going through their own experiences of menopause, but collectively coming together to do a poetry workshop. What that’s given me is inspiration and the feeling of empowerment to create ideas and being as one group sharing experience is helping me to go forward. Carry on what you are doing Menopaus’ull as its marvellous

I really enjoyed this afternoon, thanks, it’s a lovely end to a tough week for me. The lady was very patient and informative. I never knew so much work went into every handmade piece.

This is a great opportunity for the local residents to get involved and support a very much needed community facility.  I am looking forward to getting involved.

The refurbishment has given a very much needed fresh new look to the centre, making it more inviting for residents.  I'm looking forward to attending the activities they have planned.
