The Alf Marshall Community Centre’s Yap n Yarn group has been overwhelmed with gratitude after receiving a generous donation from a kind-hearted Kingswood resident. This thoughtful individual donated three large bags of wool, which will make a huge difference to their knitting and crochet sessions.
The Yap n Yarn group brings together people of all ages and abilities who share a passion for crafting, creativity, and community. With this generous contribution, our members will have plenty of materials to create handmade items, from cozy blankets to hats and scarves that support various community initiatives.
This donation not only fuels our creativity but also strengthens the bonds within our community, reminding us how small acts of kindness can have a big impact.
