The Neighbourhood Network is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to take part in a FREE 12-week exercise programme.
The programme is funded by Heart Research UK and is aiming to improving heart health. The programme will involve assessing participants’ health both pre and post programme and will require all participants to commit to 2 weekly exercise classes and a healthy cooking workshop on a Thursday evening. The classes will be held at the Alf Marshall Community Centre, next to North Point Shopping Centre and delivered by qualified personal instructors for the duration of the 12 weeks.
The tailored exercise programme will involve a variety of exercise styles from circuit, aerobic, Yoga and Pilates with a particular aim of targeting people who have been inactive for a while or who are at particular risk of developing heart disease in the future.
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new friends, get active, improve your heart health and be part of an exciting programme looking at improving future heart health for people living in Hull.
The best thing of all is that the programme is FREE, all we require is your commitment for the 12-weeks in making your heart healthier.
